Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note: During high-volume seasons or promotional events, processing times may experience slight delays.

After processing, standard delivery typically takes:

Tracking Your Order
When your package leaves our facility, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS (depending on your selected notification preferences).

Incorrect Address or Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make modifications.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
